VDB-iii

found nice looking 2015 penny VDB looked odd, on second look it appears to have iii over the vdb and something like fabric near shoulder area , have I asked this before, sorry if I have, very helpful feedback

    They look like tiny, insignificant marks that just happen to be on top of the VDB. I'm not seeing any error or variety here.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    Some type of well placed circulation damage at it goes from the device into the rim.

    Not seeing any fabric patterns.

    It looks like a synthetic fabric to me. Just look at the lines. It's definitely not cotton or wool, I've seen cotton and wool. They don't look nothing like that. First off, the lines are father apart. Polyester, maybe? That's just a guess.

  • What kind of microscope do you look at your coins with?
