The 1903 can be found in an attractive state- it has better attributes in terms of the strike than the 1901 and 1904 Philly Morgans
Could go 65- hard to tell if there is chatter that might preclude a 65.

Always tough with most pictures... going to go out on a limb and say this made it as a 65.

Close to gem, some luster breaks and hits that were probably more clear when the coin was first slabbed probably around 25 years ago or more.
