What does the following mean on the attached image:
000000.70/SAMPLE ??

Obviously, I could be wrong, but the image looks like a computer generated mock-up of how PCGS would certify these pieces with the "000000.70" being a placeholder for the coin number (000000) and the grade (70) and SAMPLE used in place of the cert number.

It looks like that photo is from an eBay listing where they use stock photos, so the cert number would not be what you see if they photographed one particular coin and its holder. I'd bet they photoshopped the cert number to be generic, but in doing so made the slab look like a sample slab. The pictures on this site (https://shopglobalcoin.com/products/2022-20-canada-yukon-encounter-first-day-of-issue-pcgs-pr70dcam-susanna-blunt-autographed) show what a real slab looks like (not an endorsement of the seller, just a page with some photos I found).
