Grade on slab insert is different from PCGS site

I bought a 1987-S Kennedy that had a generic picture so I could not verify the cert but it was listed as a PR70DCAM.
The coin just arrived and the cert does state PR70DCAM with a 70 in the certification number but when I added the coin to my inventory on the PCGS site it's populating as a PR69DCAM. I did a cert verification check and the result is the same...
- Do I have a 69 or 70 graded coin?
- How do I get PCGS to fix the grade?
- Is this common?
Thanks in advance!

Very interesting! I would assume the grade on the printed ticket is the correct grade and that it’s a database error.

...or it's a fake.

That would be tragic! A common date clad proof coin faked into a correct PCGS slab with dead on font on the insert.
di you do an online barcode generator check?
Split the difference and just call it a 69.5
Contact customer service using the web email ... they responded to me on things like "cert number not in data base"

I have not. Do you mean scanning the barcode? What site do you recommend?
The PCGS Cert app has the scanner.

Appears to be a GEN 6.1 holder with a NFC chip.
Verifying the chip could also help you isolate the issue.
did not notice nfc. did you run it by your phone?
Yes, comes back as the 69
I have not scanned the barcode though.
if the nfc works, then there's no need for barcode reading
you'll have to contact cust serv on this one
Called PCGS and should have an answer today. I provided them with front/back photos.
@Samets The bar code scans as a 70.

Looks like Verification is correct but my inventory and registry is still off. I'm glad they were able to get it fixed.
