It’s a FS-514. Should I send it back or leave it?

Already says D/S on the holder. I would not bother.
No. For those seeking a specific die, provide a close-up of the MM. They can attribute it themselves.
Seems like a waste of money to me, maybe if you had FS-511 it would be worth it, but even then you are catering to a very small group.

NGC does not recognize FS-514. That's why they would just put D/S on the label.

The only reason I would submit for the FS variety identification is if there was a significant value increase. Otherwise, let it be.
