What to do when PCGS will not respond to order inquiry???
I sent two coins into PCGS to be reholdered with new labels at the beginning of November. I gave very explicit written instructions as to what I wanted. Basically a new label and the coins to be flipped over. The job was completed in a few weeks and I got an email that the grades/images were done. I checked the images and they had holdered the coins exactly the same way I sent it to them. I contacted customer service via email and on the phone before they shipped to me. We discussed everything and I went so far as to send them a mockup I did in Photoshop showing the exact label and orientation of the coins in the holder. I was told they would get back to me in a day or two. It;s going on 10 days with no contact. I have emailed them twice and left two messages. Is there anything else I can do?
