Looks pretty good in the pic. I'll go 66
Very nice my first thought was 65 but could be 66.
I see few grade limiting issues. Superb gem, possibly MS67.
Agree with @Manifest_Destiny 66. Can't really get a feel for the luster though, and luster is soooo important on these! (at least to me)

MS64 very nice, but I am not a grader and I am very new to this game
is that some rub at the high points of the eagles feathers? Hard to tell from the reflections.
Easy 65 and shot at 66 if the luster is right. Hardly a mark in the fields and look at the strike on the hand!
