PCGS online submission function slow?

The online submission process is so painfully slow that it's essentially unusable for us. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes- It has been like this for many months for me. I have resorted to filling out the printable ones for the coins that I still want at pcgs- otherwise NGC has been getting all my other coins.
Other dealers have mentioned what a mess this is and it seems PCGS has no interest in fixing this.
It's worked fine for me for a few years now.
PCGS slows down after October and remains slow through around March.
