Yeah unfortunately Bicentennial Quarters, despite what you see online, unless it's super shiny new and REALLY mark free (I mean mark **FREEE*** under a magnifier, look up coin grading and MS coins) are only worth face value, even tho they are unusual to find in change. Also I replied to another thread you posted in about a better way to hold your coins
Bicentennial coins were widely saved (hoarded) by the general public and mint state examples are very common.

Agree, no real value. However - it would be a great way to get an album and start a set. Coins don't have to be expensive to be fun to collect. Build a set and learn as you go.
I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.
