Autograph Authenticity

Hi everyone, I'm shopping for the in laws for Christmas and they're big sports fans. I found on Facebook marketplace someone who says he was a bat boy for the Twins at one point selling some autographed memorabilia like team books and a hat. He's asking $40, but said they are in person signatures so he doesn't have a certificate or anything. I've never shopped for anything like this before. Is this obviously fake or should I take a chance and believe him? Thanks! I attached images associated with the post.

$40 sounds reasonable. Even if the signatures turn out to be fake you probably have almost that much value in the items themselves.
