    The obverse is better than the reverse. I think for a single grade that VG 10 would be acceptable.

    Probably graded high due to characteristics peculiar to that issue. Fine 15 wild guess.

    I think the obverse carries it and gets F12.

    VG10 ... no sticker at F12. Too much wear on the reverse.
