Is this toning or a surface condition on this PCGS Morgan?

This coin is not mine but I was curious if the green on the reverse of the coin is verdi gris or PVC or is this just normal toning?

My eyes indicate toning
Crusty original toning.
Looks to be toning from the TV, but I never trust TV photos for color. That nasty fingerprint on the obv is far more egregious to my eye.
