Does anyone know the circumstance of them being used? My guess is that they were sold in a Ripley's Museum gift shop.

That's interesting and I have not seen one before. I agree with the idea that it could have been sold in the gift shop or done as some sort of dealer promotion.
Never seen that one.
For the record, I don't believe it.
