Probably a lot of private transactions that are not published. Why use eBay if your worth millions…

The data isn't compiled but there are ways to find some which have sold for over $1m.
Look at worthpoint and sort by highest to lowest. You may get sales which include Lot sales instead of just individual cards but you can sift through the data.
