1969 Wash Qtr Eyes on Rev

I was inspecting this QTR, turned it upside down on Reverse, and saw these Eyes looking back at me!
Opinions/Comments!
I tried matching the Eyes looking at other coins! Closest I came up with, are the eyes on the Sacagawea Dollar.

Hard to say exactly what it is, might be some small die chips. Could just be some spotting as well, the nickel in the set has some.
