Autograph/player authentication fees when submitting under dual services?

Ok, I have one autographed card from 1981 I want to submit so the card AND the autograph are authenticated only. No grades..and I don't want the label to read "trading card". I select the Duel Service (No grade to card or autograph). Easy so far.

When I put all this information in to the online submission center no where does it add the autograph authentication fee for the specific player I am submitting. Am I missing something? Does PSA not charge a player-specific fee for autographed cards in these dual service tiers? That doesn't seem...right. Again, this is for a card from 1981, not a 2023 fresh out-of-the-pack signed card.

Yes, it has been a long time since I have self-submitted an autographed card. I have not done so since the blue flip days.

Enter last name on second line and it will pull it up.

With dual grading you do NOT pay the player specific fee... You only pay the player fee when you are submitting through the Autograph Authentication side of PSA, not the card grading side (yes I know they are authenticating the auto, but just consider it a generic, player agnostic, card grading add-on fee)

RufussCkingston thank you for confirming that. It just seemed strange that they would effectively charge the same for a Joe DiMaggio auto versus a Joe Schlobotnik auto.

Well I guess in theory they will get you on the DV or up-charge!
