Sandra Day O’Connor, the first female Supreme Court justice, died Friday morning in Phoenix, Arizona. She was 93.

I would imagine that normally, the passing of a celebrity, athlete, painter, or other artist raises the value of autographed items since there will be no more to fill the market.
