Die clash or rusted die on bicentennial IKE reverse ?
I am trying to decide what this is on the reverse of a bicentennial IKE. There is heavy die polish and mint work in the areas on both sides of the moon near 4 and 10 o'clock. The areas have die polish lines that seem to go under roughened areas. So is it die clash, rusted die, or something else?

I'm thinking strike-through.

When unrepaired, they typically will also have a yoke clash on the obverse
