Question regarding Black Friday PROMO

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Black Friday promo that PSA sent by email a few days ago:

how can I 'activate' the discount?
i mean, im part of the 'collector's club' , when i try a new submission, it still showing 25$ a card even if i submit more than 30 cards. Im clueless how to 'unlock' that promo.
