66+PL, fantastic obverse but light contact marks on reverse and that abrasion below Liberty’s eye probably keeps it out of 67 territory.

Has anybody noticed that the scuffed eye/cheek area along with a nick on the cap near the first U of UNUM are covered with frost? Nicks, scuffs and scratches should be shiny not covered with frost.

66PL. My first instinct was 67PL, but the scuffs on the face and the gunk on the first U of E Pluribus Unum are concerning. Otherwise, the coin must look really nice in hand.
