MS66, looks to be an RPM or something with the mm. I'm not a variety fan so I did not look to see.

Much better than any of mine, so I can't hazard a guess.
66, maybe + or even 67. Nice Buffalo.
We need a close up of the MM. It does look like RPM-002 D/D West but too small to evaluate.
The coin itself is probably a 66 with a shot at 67 at the highest.
