I like the both. two different Observe designs. One is relief high and other it is the normal one based on 1956 Design parameters. Excelent coins.

I prefer the top one with it's blue hue. It would stand out among others that resemble the bottom one, which I believe there are more of.
Interestingly, the bottom coin, in hand, also has a blue hue to it.
Both coins look very similar in hand and both are very eye appealing.
The top coin graded PF68 (a Brilliant Proof).
The bottom coin graded PF69CAM.

I love the black fields on #2, the top coin is nice as well.
The second as the cameo contrast is bold and just more compelling. Both are nice coins
