Nice coin but I can't agree with the FH designation.

From that photo, it looks to me that it likely meets the technical requirements for FH designation: There is a clear and distinct separation between Miss Liberty’s hair cords and her cap. The problem, to me (as in all FH-designated AU58 SLQs) is that, being slightly worn, it's a bit muddy.
