So could a buyer buy it and file a claim with eBay as a counterfeit and get your money back... keeping the counterfeit US coin before contacting the secret service guy that's going to tell you to keep it anyway?
Am I to assume the seller doesn't know coins? (Says PCGS certified)

Still a lot of fakes on eBay — I guess if there is still money in it and no significant penalty, it will continue to be a problem
