I think it’s worth at least double the normal value of the coin and up to three times that value

It's good. Clips are relatively common on 1921 dollars, I think Fred's estimate of 2x normal value is right on the money.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

I can barely see the Blakesley Effect on this somewhat minor clip. I guess it's there.
Will all coins with clips "no matter how minor or slight the clip" still have the Blakesley Effect? Basically, can the Blakesley Effect be detected on all clips?

Definitely not all. But the vast majority, anyway.
It also depends on what you mean by "can be detected". I consider the picture from @Coin_nut1977 to me in the "no question about it" category. If you're not sure you see it there, it seems that you wouldn't detect as many as I would.

Jonathan has it right, sometimes it can be very subtle but typically it is there if the coin went through the upsetting mill. A couple of exceptions I can think of off the top of my head are coins struck on harder metals, like nickels, and coins with very large clips.

it looks good to me as well
That’s the typical size for Morgan and Peace dollar clips. Anything larger is tough to find.
Some diagnostics include proper tapering of the design rim, and metal flow in denticles and the dot after the “E” in “E PLURIBUS”.
Thank you guys! It just looked a bit odd to me. Is there much of a premium for it?

Nice find. Very slight Blakesley effect as Coinnut pointed out but there enough to confirm.

I concur - clip.

@OAKSTAR as @seanq mentioned. Very large clips dont usually have the Blakesley effect. Also some minor clips may not show it well.
