Interesting the Duncan isn't at reserve yet... far as I'd be concerned it's simply a 98-99 UD Game Jersey card with a COA (what's the need?). Thus it'd seem like high book would be $120, and it's already past low book. I'm not so sure people are going to get hot and bothered about the BuyBack certificate that comes with it. It'd be a much different story if the card were bought back and then autographed by Duncan, but that'd be difficult given that Duncan is now Topps-exclusive. Thus...
