Trying to figure out what type of error or variety if any this would be considered. Look to the right of Lincoln’s jacket. Any ideas?

Looks like a small die chip.

Can only offer up some humor? Abe dribbled a bit of food on the area in question? He is somewhat aged. Seriously though, whatever the cause it is very minor and do not see much of a premium here. Maybe there are more to be found. The above stated possible causes seem valid.
