Netherlands coin 18th C. or is it a medal?

Pulled this item out of a small pouch inside a vintage mink muff (ladies hand warmer). 20.2mm, silver, holed. Subject facing right holding a sheaf? Wording similar to ducats but I need help. Thanks

  • Looks to just be a jewelry imitation of a ducat.

Given how crudely the characters are rendered, perhaps maybe from the Dutch East Indies/Indonesia.

There were no coins with the same design as ducats but struck in silvery metal. This is a base-metal replica, presumably made for use as jewellery and presumably it was originally gilded.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.
