Replacement COA for 2023 Liberty Silver Medal

I didn't see a thread on this unless I totally missed it, but did anyone else receive a letter from the Mint with a replacement COA for the 2023 American Liberty Silver Medal? Apparently in the original COA they mistakenly labeled it a coin instead of a medal.

I wonder how many replacement COA were there? No news while searching online.
Rare Mint Error -- sell the COA on eBay. Oh, wait, it's a mechanical error. Cue the gnashing of teeth and the beating of drums.
