    Those will probably be easily identifiable by others on here, but it’s late and I’m awake so I’ll take a stab that the what’s next to the 3 is a die clash from the R and the thing on his head is from the E.
    This opinion is based on seconds and seconds of thinking and no expertise. Can’t wait to read what’s really going on with this coin.

    Any die clash marks are in the fields not on the details - the mark on the head may just be a circulation hit. Close up pictures of the area would be helpful. The "shadow" 3 is probably from Die Deterioration Doubling (DDD) as I can also see it on the 9 also, again, a close up picture would be helpful.

    @Steven59 is correct, the ghostly looking outlines of the date are just die deterioration, and/or this effect can also be attributed to something called split plate doubling when that ghostly outline is silver. Both of these are super common on the zinc core copper plated Lincolns minted from 83 and on and are not errors and have no numismatic value.

    The line at the top of his head looks to have been caused by a blow from another coin or object and would be considered as post mint damage (PMD).
