As the Book 1 is being completed, Book 2 is now ready to start. It runs from
1941 thru 1974. There are three unclaimed spots. Two of these can be filled with the
1960 Small Dates. Third spot showing the Memorial reverse. Book 2 is on its way
to @pcgscacgold. After him, only 4 others have signed up. Join the fun and participate
with this project. Just let me know so I can add you to the list. While the book is
with you, take some pics of it at local points of interest. All members are invited
to join in.

Book has arrived. Added some Abe’s and taking it out on the town. More to come later.
Getting them all cleaned up first 😂

Abe was already to head into a coin show this morning but then saw the car parked two spots down from me and thought maybe it was a Lincoln cent hoarder. Decided best to stay in the car.
I will have the album in the mail by midweek.

Does the car have a corpse in it?
Here is the current list that I have of future contributors.

Hopefully we can get several of forum members to join
us in this fun project. My mother had a neighbor that
had a Honda CRV packed full like that.
Bringing this back to page 1. Hope to get several more forum members
to participate. Let me know if you want to be a part of this fun project and
I'll add your name to the list. Each of us can pick from the remaining dates
and place the cents into the spot. Maybe take the folder to a few local
places of interest and take a picture and post it here. This is a lot of fun.
Let me hear from you.
I'll join in again, please add me to the list.

Received the folder today here are some pics before my additions
.
Hopefully more people will join in it's journey taking it on the road tomorrow for some photo ops
Good to see @seanq helping us again. Maybe a "clipped" cent will
grace this effort.

Looking forward to it.
Update and photos tomorrow
Here are updated photos of the album with my additions and some pics of around town.
First and last photo are abolition hall showing remains of original homestead where entrance to the underground railroad was. The Cliffs building is the steelmiil where the mint melted experimental pennies in the 70s, and then finally stopped at Andrew Lannutti post, it's an Italian war veterans club where there is an afternoon card gams every weekday afternoon
You live in a beautiful area. I'd like to take a tour of that
house oneday. Making some nice progress. Can't wait to
see @Tom147 's 55-S. One of my favorite S mint dates.
I will be sending the album out today. @fraz I will PM you the tracking # this afternoon
Hopefully some more people will jump on board so that we can fill the holes in the album
Thanks—The holiday will slow volume 2 down for a week or so here.
WQF has volume 1 and will give us an account of what we lack to finish.
What do you folk want to do with volume two?
Bringing this fun project back to the first page. Hoping to get some
of you to sign up. When the book lands at your house, just fill in a few
of the empty slots. Use whatever you have from your collection and
note it on the sheet. Put your forum name and what state you live.
Maybe take a few pictures of the book next to some local landmarks
and post them here. After that just mail it the next one in line.

I believe Fraz has it now. Join the fun!!
It arrived yesterday. It was kinda uptight after the trip.
It loosened up after a brew.
I put it on the sofa, it watched TV all night. It found some leftover Halloween candy.
This one got its attention (from a hoard):
This did astonish it:
.
Nicely done Fraz!😎
It finished the Jai Alai (while I worked), and started on the Sierra Nevada seasonal assortment twelve-pack that my wife bought to enjoy through the holidays.
Is that shine in the green jar?
I've got a similar project going on at my house. It'll wait till
spring. Getting an estimate on some yard work tomorrow.
I think I'll go inside and enjoy some of my wife's meatloaf.
Let us know what treasures you're placing into the book.
This is the kind of fun you could be sharing in with some
forgotten wheaties and other treasures from your change
jar. With the Holidays coming up and the winter weather,
the pics could really be fun. Let me know and I'll sign you up.
I told it to taste, not chug. That’s when it blew copper. It does not want to go to town tonight. Something’s up. It was looking hard at my bling around here.
It hooked up.
Some things aren’t funny.
I wanted to take time and choose cents carefully; my bride says no. I’ll finish this morning and drop it off at the P.O. On the way back from the recycling center.
I’ll put the small dates in the unmarked spots with a reverse in the last.
Anyone can have the ones that I added.
Bring this fun project back to top. @Tom147 has the folder at this
time I think. The spots are filling in nicely. If we could get a few more
forum members to join it would be great. Let me know and I'll
add your to the list.
Looks like it’s you and I.
Please keep posting the contributor list when you bump the thread so we don't have to hunt for it. Thank you....😎
There are around 40+ spots still open after you @Fraz . When @Tom147 places
his cents along with @WQuarterFreddie and @seanq the book can be sent to me
and I'll finish it. I'll send it to @Fraz for the appropriate pictures.

Come on Lincoln fans! Let's rock! Come join the show!
Yes I have it. There is a problem on my end though. There will be a slight delay of about a week. As some of you know, I'm from Ohio. I'm currently in Mississippi, stopped for the night. Headed to east Texas in the a.m.
Wife and I received some tragic news at 2:00 a.m. My 23 year old disabled granddaughter suddenly passed away. Been in contact with my son, things are currently in turmoil. Looks like funeral won't be until late this week. I don't anticipate returning to Ohio until some time next weekend. Hoping to get a few pictures as my job as a paramedic frequently takes me to " The " Ohio State University Hospital. 17th floor overlooks " The Shoe " and it's stunning at night. We shall see. I'll get right on it as soon as I return. Coins are currently taking a back seat to family which I'm sure you all understand.
@Tom147 ..
I am so sorry for your loss. Please take as much time needed before dealing with the Lincoln folder.
Family first ALWAYS....
Yeah, Tom—I hate to hear it for you.
So very sorry for your loss. Family first, always. Take your time and be there for the family.
One shouldn't ever have to bury a child, even more so a grandchild.
My heart goes out to you. Sorry for your loss, I will keep you in my prayers
Sending this back to Page 1. The last list I had:
@Tom147
@WQuarterFreddie
@seanq
@tibor
I will send the completed folder back to @Fraz for pictures
and final disposition.
Per the picture of the folder taken on Nov. 27, there were approximately
45 spots yet to be filled. I was hoping a few more forum members would
join in, not so much to fill the album, but to have pictures of it at local places
of interest. I'm hoping you will join the fun of this project.
I just reached out to Tom and provided my address for him when he is ready to ship folder.
Hoping to get to Columbus on my next scheduled work day. Upper floors of " The " Ohio State University hospital overlook the horseshoe stadium. It truly is breathtaking. Make a nice picture.
Please keep the folder until you can take the pic. My daughter got accepted to The Ohio State University and we toured the campus. Saw the stadium from the outside and it's massive.
She chose to attend a different college so I never got to see the inside. Looking forward to seeing your pics!😎
I live about 85 miles east of Columbus. If I don't go my next work day ( Thursday ) maybe I'll just take a trip up after work for a picture. Stadium seats 105,000. I've had the pleasure of attending a few games. Goosebumps when TBDBITL ( the best damn band in the land ) come on the field. Team is " pretty good " too.
@Tom147 I had no idea that The Tennessee VOLS marching band, Pride of the Southland,
TBDBITL ( The Best Damn Band In The Land ), ever played at the stadium. Truly was your
lucky day. We get Goosebumps as well when they are performing!!
Just as other schools try to steal " The " in The Ohio State University, now they're after TBDBITL. I'll be happy to give you TSBDBITL._
Apologies to all involved in regards to " The Lincoln Road Show " Having to deal with a tragic death in the family, the Road Show had to take a backseat in my life. I will be dealing with this for awhile. So, I've been taking the album to work every 3rd day for the last 12 days and I finally caught a trip to " The " Ohio State University hospital ( I'm a paramedic ) only to find that a picture from the 21st floor, looking down on the Horseshoe was impossible due to the reflection off the windows. DAMMIT !!! O.K., I come home to prep the album for the next guy. Only to not be able to find the promised PCGS 55-S in ms64 red. It's here somewhere, just not in the safe. So, I got on eBay, now have 2 different PCGS ms66 Red coming. Whichever one gets here 1st will go in the album along with several other Lincolns. Once again, I apologize for the delay.
No need to apologize for the delay. This folder is meant to be enjoyed by all who touch it and the adventures it goes on needs pics to document the journey.
Keep it as long as you need to take the picture you want. Just post an update once a week to keep the thread alive and as close to page 1 as possible.!😎
