A nice little collection dump from Chase today...American Innovation Dollar Mint Rolls

I was a little bit excited when he put one of these on the counter
He said he had a few, he knows me and said I'm guessing you want all of them?
I have most of these rolls already and have gotten a couple more Mint rolled small dollars from my banks over the years.
But never scored like this little batch... I LOVE the American Innovation series!!
Decided to go to a tiny Chase branch I hardly ever visit and woohoo! The rolls are in great condition too.

Nice! I like to drop AI dollars in tip jars.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
What EXACTLY are you looking for in those rolls?

Nice catch
Nice grab! I never got into the series but would consider adding them at/close to FV to my collection. Let me know if you want to send some duplicates my way.
I don't want to speak for the OP, but the Innovation Dollars are NCLT. You can typically only get them from the Mint for well above face value. To get them at face from the bank is a score (if you like that sort of thing) and means someone probably dumped peepaw's collection at the bank.

Anything turn up in the quarter rolls?
I don't coin roll hunt, but I was in my credit union and someone brought in some rolls.
I was about 6 people in line behind and got the same teller.
There were $600 in quarters $200 in dimes $200 in nickels and $60 in cents.
All hand rolled from an older gentleman.
I thought real hard about getting the quarters and dimes but passed.
I asked the teller if they bag those or just send them in?
She said they bag them up in like $500 bags.
I asked about silver coins being found and she said once in awhile she comes across some she then said they set them aside and roll them up and then turn them in when they fill a roll
I may have stumbled on something if she was correct and can save them for me as she said no one there collects coins.... Interesting.
Well thank you for asking such a difficult and uncomfortable question
Can I start by saying how much I love this series and the designs?! That obverse with the beautiful Lady Liberty and that massive open field is one of my favorites of all time. I definitely have a bunch of favorites from the Innovation designs themselves too...the Gerber Variable Scale, Polio Vaccine, Edison Light Bulb, Telephone, Hubble Telescope, Snowboarding...
I'm still missing a few of the rolls from my collection, like the Hubble Telescope. It's SO difficult to find and probably has the highest premium out of all of them when it shows up.
I also have all all of the reverse proofs, they are absolutely stunning.
I'm also working on filling an Innovation Dollar book/folder which is the first folder I've worked on since I was a kid! I'm filling it with ones found in circulation and you know that's a challenge since these are only being released via Mint rolls and are all extremely low mintage.

The super low mintages are also compelling and so when I open these (and I haven't opened many of mine) I'm of course looking for the super duper MS examples.
As far as I know (other than the standard rim errors we know of from Presidential Dollars that hardly anyone collects or would pay a premium for) there are no known varieties or interesting errors that I'm aware of with the Innovation Dollars. None, lol, far as I can tell.
I do have some extra loose ones sitting around. I rarely open them and may sell a few of these rolls that I just got as most are duplicates for me.
Message me if there are certain ones you're looking for
Nothing special in those pictured. My teller told me they were from someone who owns a carwash.
But my last box from Chase had 1 silver and 1 W

What were the bottom-line finds from this hoard?

I paid premium to the Mint to get those and you got them free. Nice.
And that's why I rarely buy Mint products anymore. I have Mint and Proof sets I can't giveaway today!! 😖 😖

Haven't opened any of them yet. Added to my own collection of Innovation Dollars for the moment
