The images are so poor that I don't know if we really can have a feel for what it looks like in-hand. To me, the coin "feels" like AT (artificial toning) but again the over-exposure is pretty fierce.

I have reason to suspect it has been baked.

Usually environmental exposure to something containing sulfur, whether artificial or natural.

To me, that particular coin looks like a purpose done job with a hard boiled egg.

Reverse could at least pass for NT but that obverse is clearly AT.

Whether natural or artificial, toning is caused by thin film interference creating a prism like effect as light passes through films that form on the surfaces of the coin and reflects back off the metal underneath the films. The films form from the metal interacting with atmospheric sulphides mixed with other elements and humidity.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thin-film_interference#:~:text=Thin-film interference is a,or reducing the reflected light.

Can color show as overexposed ?
Details of the strike in the photos posted, certainly have failed us/me to produce any definite answer.
I would have to agree, color in photos could be over exposed.
Just my thought on color appearance in hand.
    Pastel
    Silky
    or blotchy.
Think of this before posting any photos.
"Would you use this photo in any publication format"
Were not asking for a LIFE magazine's caliber of photos.
Although it would be nice. We know and you know, you can do better. Now show your best.
    Knock our socks off.
    Please.
