I noticed some are labeled “Tripled Eyelid” and some are labeled “Lava Wing”. Both are technically correct but does anyone know when PCGS changed the labeling? I believe the current one is the latter.
Many happy BST transactions

Lava Wing is what everyone calls it, and it's the nickname given to the reverse when the Hit List 40 book was published. Tripled Eyelid appears in the heading on the same page, as that's what Leroy called it when he first cataloged it in 1981. PCGS chose "Tripled Eyelid" for a while because of that but was later told everyone prefers "Lava Wing," so they changed it.
