PCGS submission form question

Hi! I’m sending a strike thru error on a 2022 quarter to PCGS to have graded and I’m filling out the submission form and wondering if for the service level do I check modern for $30 or do I check the mint errors/special issues with the gold shield for $70? Thank you!!

    I’d use the $35 economy mint errors/special issues tier
