PCGS ~ Dupont Slab Picture Thread

I remember when these were current, they did them in 2014 and 2015.
They are cool holders, and I kinda like it when I find one…
If you have one, post it here!

I only have these two that I can think of:

Like usual, when photographed, the hologram looks basically black, both of mine will show this here, if anyone has a picture of one with light in it properly and can show the green, please post it here!

As far as I understand, this is the first time the plastic was made crystal clear. The slabs prior to these typically have a purpleish color to them.

I have a few more, but this should hold you for now. You can somewhat see the rev holo in my photos, just not fully.

be careful with what stickers you put over the holos because pelling off a sticker will also peel off the holo

Thanks, those slab photos don't do the actual coins much justice, just quick inventory photos in case I ever lost or had one stolen.

That’s something I was going to mention, I think they are the easiest to damage of any slab ever.

I see these slabs from time to time in the shop, and probably 7 out of 10 have damaged holograms!

I’m a fan of these and have seen some nice coins in the slabs.

In years to come these might be similar to the old NGC fatties (especially no line fatties) in that the holograms will be damaged or partly missing on so many examples.

Most of 2014 and 2015
I remember them coming back to the coin shop that I worked at during the time and seeing them right out of the box.
