I got the same error and when I refreshed it took me to my last order, saw that my images were ready and when I clicked that it went back ti the same error, using safari on iOS mobile.

It might have been @TomB that mentioned it recently, but it does seem like PCGS tech infrastructure has been deteriorating lately. No search function here, I have problems with coinfacts just about every day, the registry issues, error messages when trying to verify a cert number, and now this. Are the Developers asleep at the wheel?

Seems to be loading for me. My current gripe is "Grades ready" when all the line items still show "In Process". Been like that for about a week.

Yes, I have noticed all sorts of issues with the various web pages PCGS used to update and keep available to us. The cynic in me thinks that the relatively new management believes these can either run on autopilot or that PCGS enjoys such a great reputation and lead in the industry that if they don't maintain the infrastructure it won't cost them anything in the long run.

I hope your cynical side is wrong. If there is anything I learned from a childhood playing SimCity it's that you never cheap out on the infrastructure.
