I would guess never, and just in case you (or anyone else) were wondering CACG is currently not allowed in the NGC registry either.
According to their chat board, the decision is still pending on the NGC Registry. The competition just ended and I would guess they come to a decision at the first of the year.

At FUN last Jan an announcement was made that NGC would allow CACG coin into the NGC registry. Since then the entire management staff has passed or retired, the communication between NGC and CAC has been severed and NGC can no longer even verify or look up a CAC stickered coin. As a result, the bonus points that NGC used to give to CAC stickered coins was eliminated several months ago.
I don't work for NGC and am not privy to the inner workings, but if NGC cannot even verify if a coin has a sticker, I highly doubt that, even if they want to, they will be able to include CACG coins in their system anytime soon.
