2003 W Silver Eagle doubling?

Is this considered doubling on the date?

    It's not the good kind of doubling - just the common Machine Doudling type with no added premium. You wouldn't even see it without the high magnification.

    MD is "flat and shelf-like", which yours absolutely is.
