Romanian Patterns

Has anyone noticed there are so many Romanian patterns on the market in the last 2-ish years? I hardly used to see any, but now I see large runs of them in many auctions, particularly WAG and Pegasus, but others too.

Maybe a long-time hoarder of them is releasing them? Maybe some museum was deaccessioned (or robbed)? Anybody know anything?

Maybe they got so expensive that some collectors are tempted to sell?

I have noticed that too, some are restrikes, I was interested in a 1984 100 lei and asked the auction house when was the restrike done, they said that they don't know for sure but it seems that it was restriked 10 years ago. Still, it says is very rare, but how can we know the mintage of that restrike? Could be 10 or 10.000.
