1961-D Small Date?

Got this penny in change today and noticed it right away because of the color was different than the others then saw the date was a 1961-D.
Had trouble getting a good photo because it's very shiny and in good shape and was wondering if this is a Small Date.. tried looking it up but couldn't tell if it was or not

I have no knowledge of a 1961D small/ large date.
Are you sure you are not thinking of a 1960D small/ large date?
All 1961 cent dates are the same.
D'oh!! .. haven't collected coins for a long time,.. just saw online that its the 1960-D with the small date ... Still a cool find in such great shape.. actually thought it was a Proof penny at first because its so shiny - thx
Are you sure it isn't a proof? If reverse steps are sharp it could be, but you didn't post a reverse pic.
