What the devil sort of a word salad is this? It's like trying to decipher a partial Cuneiform tablet.

Highly unlikely.
What kind of coins, and what was different on return? It's pretty unfair to make accusations without at least some kind of explanation.
Can we at least get a pic of the coin they returned to you?

I found a coin which I will photograph before I send it off.
If you firmly believe you had coins switched, why would you ever use that company again??

All kidding aside, I do still harbor a moderate suspicion that my 1889-CC Morgan may have been switched out by a show dealer- when he took it back behind his table to inspect it with his loupe! Later returning it. It was raw and unfortunately, I do not have before photos but do recall details from my coin that were absent later upon closer inspection. No way to prove it, but still feel queasy thinking about it.
Extremely unlikely this could ever occur with a TPG! Likely impossible.
