Could this card get more than a PSA 3?

Several months ago I bought a 1962 Rekord Cassius Clay and sent it to PSA and recently it was graded a 3, but I'm curious whether it could potentially get a higher grade if cut properly, or is the tanned back of the card a factor which prevents such a thing from occurring?

No clue but Id guess the stain caused the grade.
Should be at least a 5.
Very poor cut..... Not a rectangle. Sides aren't straight, as if cut by hand with scissors....
Being out of square is not really a factor as I've seen worse get 7s.
As for uneven discoloration on the back, I've seen worse get 8s and even 9s.
The biggest impact is if the edges not being cut dead straight.
Then there could be some "invisible" surface issues.
I don't suppose Sweden ever did a trading card set for ABBA? You know, as Joe Diffie would say, they got cute girls that make them bigger than the Beatles! Even better than the Rolling Stones! This song/video here, put them higher than the Eagles! (the band, not the football team, not the club, and not the 90s snack brand)

Cut is poor, but I don't think it hurts the card more than one grade point.
