PCGS Indian Cent- UNC Details?

I recently received this submission back from PCGS. It came back UNC Details - Cleaned. I am still fairly new to the grading game. Can someone please offer their thoughts on why this coin received this designation? Thanks

Im betting that it was wiped somewhere on the coin. The images make it difficult to tell. I wonder if the, "One Cent" area is a bit too bright for PCGS to like it. Look closely at the surfaces.

The whole coin is cleaned, likely by dipping. That orange and yellow coloration is not original.
