The substantial truth doctrine is an important defense in defamation law that allows individuals to avoid liability if the gist of their statement was true.
hysterical! It must be ok since it's enclosed in a "Professional Coin Display Slab".... PCDS!
No sticker, pass 😉
That's an NGC slab. He may have cracked a coin out of an NGC slab and is reusing the slab with a new coin and a new label. That coin looks real but cleaned and scratched. Treat that coin as if it were a raw coin with problems.

The item details say this prooflike Ottawa-minted beauty is, in fact CAC approved!
This is a very, very special kind of stupid
No, it's not an ex-NGC slab - it's a Chinese-made lookalike. One of the few things accurate in the seller's description is the slab-maker, "PCCB". You can see their PCCB initials in the bottom left of the slab if you zoom in close.
The blank PCCB sticker is the one that comes with the slabs.
PCCB slabs come empty, from China, and are standard fare for basement graders.
