Is this $10 bill normal?

Stopped at the ATM and got some cash and all of the $10 bills have this blank oval on the reverse side. Is this normal?
Don't have any others to compare it to. I know that it has to do with the watermark but have never noticed a note with this blank oval before.
Well, upon further checking I have some newer $100 bills date 2017 and they have a similar water mark.

That is normal for the 2006 series. It is part of the design.

Must not be too attentive,,,,,,, seems they have been out for years and I just now noticed it.
