    It looks like a normal circulated half to me with minor damage.

  • It looks its age, if it's a counterfeit it's a very good one.

    The substantial truth doctrine is an important defense in defamation law that allows individuals to avoid liability if the gist of their statement was true.

    Looks genuine but it has been holed and plugged.
    A damaged coin now.

    I have a counterfeit Barber half that has a similar look. Weigh the coin if possible. Mine is very light compared to a genuine coin.

    Looks like a cleaned and beat-up genuine coin.

    No. It is not a counterfeit. It is simply a genuine coin that had a prominent hole punched through it between GOD and WE on the obverse and then repaired/refilled. It has also been beaten up a little bit and appears to have been cleaned, as well.
