I'm looking at a Columbian 5 Peso coin in a PCGS holder and on the label it reads "Restrepo-455.7" - I googled Restrepo and in English it means "Backward Movement" or "Setback". So what exactly does this mean concerning the coin?

One of those unfortunate surnames.
"Hi, I'm George Setback, here to help move you forward."
Raper, Coward and Titsworth are other examples of unfortunate surnames that I came across on the Google machine.
Just for fun:
Last name:
Restrepo means: Town build in Riestra - It is form with Restre from Riesta and the Po from Poblado (town) (Restre- riestra) (Po-Poblado)
Riesta is a town in Asturias Spain, same as it is Restrepo.
