    Do you have a jeweller's loop if not buy one they are great (get one with light). You can find some for sale on Amazon. I am very happy with mine got it a few weeks ago.

    I only have one gold peso 1903 Mo M small date NGC MS65, that guess it might have the 3 punched over a 7:

    And no idea what happen with that 9.

    In your coin per the image, there is something behind the 9.
