Question about books

I want to get the best book for information on plate numbers and or series, all information pertinent facts towards finding "Changeover Pairs", have purchase "The Standard Guide to Small Sized U. S. paper money 6th edition.
My questions is to anyone that has each of these and is it really more information worth having

    I was just wandering if the information on "Changeover" pairs had been significant and warranted.

    Changeover Pairs are a minor niche in paper money collecting. I doubt there’s enough interest to warrant anyone writing a guide or reference book to address the subject.
